AVM showcases next-generation home networking on CeBIT

SCALEWIRELESS network solutions partner AVM focuses on CeBIT is on its latest innovations for better performance and higher speed with DSL and wireless LAN.

Innovations for enhanced performance and speed for DSL and WLAN will take center stage at the AVM stand at CeBIT 2013. For the first time, the Berlin-based communications specialist will present a FRITZ!Box with DSL speeds exceeding 200 Mbit/s – thanks to two new DSL processes, vectoring and bonding.

There are also groundbreaking innovations for WLAN, the leading networking technology: AVM will be in hall 13, showcasing Germany’s most popular router, the FRITZ!Box, with the upcoming WLAN standard 11ac and throughput of up to 1,300 Mbit/s.

AVM will appear at this year’s CebBIT with the slogan “Complete home networking”. Smartphones and tablets in particular will benefit more from the high-speed DSL and WLAN connections found in home networks .

All AVM trade fair innovations for DSL, cable, LTE, telephony, WLAN and Powerline will be on show at CeBIT 2013, stand C48, hall 13.
