Synology launched fast product replacement service
SCALEWIRELESS storage and surveillance solutions partner Synology announced fast product replacement service for its XS and XS+ series NAS servers.
Synology Replacement Service Europe (SRSE) for its XS and XS+ series NAS servers expedites the process of replacing defective products and optimizes system uptime. In the event of server failures, a replacement product will be sent to the user even before the defective item being returned to Synology.
Synology will ship a replacement product as early as the next business day after receiving users’ SRSE application. If the application comes early in the morning, replacement unit can be shipped out even on the same day.
Users do not have to pay in advance for being eligible for the service. Service fee is charged only when server failure would occur – replacement products shall be shipped at user expense.
SRSE is available in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and UK.
