SCALEWIRELESS networking partner AVM has launched two new FRITZ!Box models that offer ADSL/VDSL connectivity and other features that make them perfect for home or office usage.
The FRITZ!Box 7360 is ideal for setting up a first-time VDSL network, while the FRITZ!Box 7330 is perfect for networking at home or in the office.
The FRITZ!Box 7360 with its integrated VDSL/ADSL modem and WLAN transfer speeds of up to 300 Mbit/s is the ideal solution for a first-time high-speed VDSL/ADSL home network. Depending on the individual setup, Internet connections of up to 100 Mbit/s (VDSL) or 24 Mbit/s (ADSL) are possible. An integrated DECT base station for up to six cordless phones and countless fixed-line and Internet telephony functions make the FRITZ!Box 7360 the perfect communications nerve center. It also boasts features such as a media server, NAS functionality, two gigabit Ethernet ports and two Fast Ethernet ports, as well as two USB ports for printers, external storage media, or other network devices.
The FRITZ!Box 7330 is ideally suited for optimum use of ADSL connections. As a WLAN N router with integrated DSL modem and data transfer rates of up to 300 Mbit/s, it can be used for numerous applications. The FRITZ!Box 7330 supports WLAN N in the 2.4 GHz frequency range and, with its two USB 2.0 ports, can accommodate an analog terminal device. A gigabit Ethernet port and a Fast Ethernet port also provide the necessary conditions for the fast, simple, and secure integration of all network devices.
Thanks to the integrated media server in both models, users can access files such as music, photos, and movies from across the entire network, even when the computer is not running. The comprehensive software installed offers practical features such as firewalls, child safety, WLAN night service, WLAN guest access, and password-protected remote maintenance.
The FRITZ!Box 7360 is now available for €198 and the FRITZ!Box 7330 for €149.
